Kirpalu yoga is  inspired gentle restorative. It's great for mind destressing,  learning to finding quietness, slowly loosening tight muscles and joints, and oxygenating the body. Kirpalu yoga begins with centering and breathing exercises, warm ups and followed by gentle stretching and longer holds before full relaxation.
